OPAC Refineries
OMSA has promoted the establishing of a 10,000 barrels per day indigenous refinery in Kwale, Delta State, to refine crude oil and supply clean fuels including Automotive Gas oil, fuel Oil, Naphtha and Dual-Purpose Kerosene.
Our modular refinery is the first of its kind in sub-Saharan Africa, strategically situated onshore within Umuseti marginal field OML 56 situated in Delta State. It was designed and constructed by a world-class team of engineers and technicians with years of experience in refinery technology to meet stringent conditions and regulatory requirements.
