Momoh-Jimah Oyarekhua is the Founder and MD of OMSA Integrated Services and Chairman of OPAC Refineries. With over 30 years of experience in oilfield support services, he is a prominent figure in Nigeria’s petroleum and bunker fuel industry. In 2017, he led the investment in OPAC Refineries, Nigeria’s first modular refinery, highlighting his commitment to local capacity development and improved petroleum product availability.
Abudukerimu Sule is the Chief Business Director at OMSA Integrated Services, leveraging a wealth of expertise across the oil and gas, financial, and non-financial sectors. Over the course of his career, he has held pivotal positions including Accountant, Finance Manager, Auditor, Cost and Risk Manager, and Treasurer. Before joining OMSA, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Eterna Plc, where he played a key role in driving strategic growth and financial performance. Abudukerimu holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK), among other professional bodies.
Obianuju Orji is the Head of Commercial Trading at OMSA Integrated Services, bringing over 14 years of experience in the midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors. She specializes in trading, value chain management, business development, and relationship management. She is responsible for driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence across projects. She holds a Master’s in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
Olugbenga Adedokun is the Head of Operations and Logistics at OMSA Integrated Services. With 15 years of experience, he specializes in machinery installation, maintenance, and valuation, including piping, diesel engines, and utility equipment. He ensures technical compliance, maintains standards, and oversees quality assurance. He holds a degree in Power and Machinery Engineering from Lagos State University of Science and Technology.
Adewale Peter Owolabi is the Head of Finance at OMSA Integrated Services, responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate finance activities. With over 18 years of experience in finance and investment, he provides strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making. He holds an Accounting degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
Oladipo drives OMSA’s strategy, overseeing business transformation, corporate development, and supporting all portfolio companies. He brings global experience in executing strategic initiatives and previously led key transformation projects at LATC Group. His expertise includes corporate strategy, communications, investment research, and digital transformation. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager.
Kelly-Ann Mostert drives OMSA’s strategy and business transformation, ensuring alignment with sustainable growth goals. She has diverse experience across sectors including finance, oil and gas, and consumer products. Her background includes impactful roles at a leading investment firm and Bain & Company. She holds degrees in Finance and is pursuing a Master’s in Development Finance.
Jimmy is an Audit, Risk Management, Control, Compliance and Finance Professional with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of Industries both local and international including oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream, real estate, port operations, logistics, transport, courier, professional bodies, consultancy, haulage, agriculture and hospitality. He is an Advisory Council Member to the global Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) with headquarters in Texas, USA. He holds an HND in Accounting, an MBA in Management and Leadership from the Management University of Africa, Nairobi Kenya. He is a Fellow of CILRM, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA), an ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 Lead Implementer, a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), an ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity Assessment Professional, a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) USA/Nigeria, an ITILv4 Foundation professional and Certificates in Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Accounting Level 1 & 2 from MDT International, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Yewande is a seasoned talent and strategy expert with over 15 years of experience spanning oil & gas, consulting, telecoms, and financial services. She specializes in leadership development, workforce transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Yewande holds degrees in French and International Human Resource Management and has completed executive training at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.
Adebola is the Head of HR & Admin at OMSA Integrated Services with over 10 years of experience, including leadership roles in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors. She specializes in talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, and workplace culture. She holds a Master’s in International HR Management and several professional certifications, including PHRi (HRCi) and ACIPM.
